We're looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to drive large-scale Core Banking transformation and modernisation across a major financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the Core Banking target-state architecture aligned with business strategy and BIAN.
• Lead Core Banking modernisation, replacement and legacy platform rationalisation initiatives.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, capability models, heat maps and Target Operating Models.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
• Shape solutions across cloud, APIs, AI, resilience and scalability.
• Drive architecture governance and alignment with banking regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise / Solution / Business Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Core Banking and/or Payments Architecture within financial services.
• Proven experience in Core Banking transformation / replacement and large-scale modernisation.
• Strong knowledge of BIAN, TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Experience in Target-State Architecture and Target Operating Model design.
• Exposure to BNM RMiT / MAS TRM or similar banking regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-suite, business and technology leaders.
• Experience in Payments, Digital Banking, Wealth or Insurance will be an advantage.
