Key Responsibilites

• Project Planning & Delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with approved objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Engage business users, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• IT Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure projects comply with Maybank's IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain all required documentation, approvals, and governance requirements.
• Budget & Resource Management
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor performance.
  • Optimize costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare accurate project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and audit purposes.
• Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Escalate critical matters to management promptly

Requirements

• Degree/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM/PMI-ACP), or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, infrastructure, and integration concepts.
• Experienced in project risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Experienced in vendor management, deliverable negotiation, and ensuring SLA compliance.
