Job Summary
Lead and manage the full life cycle of project change / new project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closure of NPI initiatives.
Ensure project delivery meets defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and performance metrics, reinforced through structured meetings, milestone reviews, and governance processes.
Primary Responsibility

- Ensure project delivery meets defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and performance metrics, reinforced through structured meetings, milestone reviews, and governance processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across business divisions, package and product engineering, procurement, IT systems, and quality assurance to drive alignment and effective execution.
- Monitor project deliverables, evaluate progress, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring timely implementation of change control processes.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, including escalation of critical risks and issues.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, leveraging innovative thinking and sound judgment in fast-paced, cross-functional OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) environments.
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years proven track record in NPI project management, preferably within semiconductor or OSAT environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across diverse functions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese language is a bonus, due to collaboration with our China counterparts
- Willing to work in Melaka.
